Tea History: James McLaren & Sons

This is the second part of our monthly series, newly available the second Monday of each month, on tea history covering brands of the past.

Today, we feature James McLaren & Sons, which was located at 42 Albany St in Edinburgh.  James McLaren & Sons advertised themselves as blenders of grand old China Teas since the reign of George III.  Below are labels for two of their teas.
