Scottish Citizen That Helped Start the Ceylon Tea Industry

A Scottish citizen was partly responsible for starting the tea industry in Sri Lanka.  James Taylor, pictured below, arrived in Ceylon in 1852.  He worked with another Scotsman, Thomas Lipton, to grow the tea industry in Ceylon.
